Much has been said about Toyota’s faulty vehicles in this past week [read our Blog section] but from its first ad in the UK to address the problems, we can’t see how things are going to get any better in a jiffy. Would you feel assured just by getting a letter from one of the bosses at the car firm? Maybe they should have gotten a mechanic to give a testimony instead.
